"La Collina" Project
The first project of Tuscany of an energy efficient district.
The project includes 13 houses, environmentally friendly and with very low energy consumption, thanks to the latest technologies to ensure the required energy performance.
"Antica Fornace" Project
Redevelopment of an old furnace, renovated and transformed into a receptive and high quality structure.
Not all homes or facilities must necessarily be modern: in this case we used the latest technology and materials, but leaving the old flavor of the old structure.
"Casa in fibra di legno" Project
Design and construction of a wood and concrete fiber house with "graphite" interiors, all to make the house breathe and give the walls a continuous air recirculation. No more black spots, annoying smells and the feeling of mold on the walls.
The building was then equipped internally with high energy efficiency systems, for example, for rainwater recovery or radial heating and heat pump, all of course supported at an energy level by an efficient photovoltaic system.
"Scuole Medie" Project
Primary and secondary level schools project for a Municipality.
Casing and systems with new technologies, study of ventilation, lighting study and performing materials.
"Green Facilities" Project
Design and construction of "green" outdoor with an indoor pool and heated by solar thermal system.
